Two Kenyan prisoners ordained as pastors

Some of the inmates being ordained as pastors by Rev Nicholas Rev Mutua at the Athi River G.K prison, Kitengela Kajiado county yesterday. Two inmates were ordained as pastors while 50 others graduated with Certificate in Biblical studies and theology. the ceremony happened as the debate on whether churches should be regulated by the government or not continue. Two inmates at the Athi River GK Prison have been ordained as pastors while 50 others graduated with certificates in biblical studies and theology.

The inmates had been undergoing a training dubbed CLIMB for the last 12 months courtesy of a theology institute.
