The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has issued court summons to 14 Bomet County officials to appear before Kericho Magistrate Court Tuesday to face graft charges.
EACC Central Rift officer Gilbert Lukhoba said they obtained court summons after last week’s attempt to arrest the officials failed.
