Ingredients
1kg pork cut up
1/2 cup water
2 medium-sized red onions - cubed
2 large tomatoes skinned and cubed
1 tablespoon Her Kitchn ginger garlic
2 tablespoon Her Kitchn marinating sauce
1 bunch dhania finely diced
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Method
Salt pork and place in deep pan/wokAdd water and ginger garlic. Let it come to a boil then reduce heat to low and cook covered for 15min.Turn up the heat and fryAdd oil and fry while mixingAdd onions and fry for 5 min until pork brownsCook until onions turn translucentAdd tomatoes and cook for 1 minuteAdd dhania and remove from heat
