Several MPs from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) have expressed concern over the Diaspora voter registration process.

A number of ODM legislators led by party chairman John Mbadi argued that the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) had not given clear guidelines on how Kenyans living in foreign counties will be registered for voting.

The legislators said the IEBC may use the process to register voters in the US with the Jubilee supporters, hence ignoring their counterparts from the Opposition strongholds.
