Five Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) legislators have denied they linked former Inspector-General (IG) of police David Kimaiyo and Director of Criminal Investigations Ndegwa Muhoro to the Karen land grab.
In response to the suit by Kimaiyo and Muhoro, senators James Orengo, Johnstone Muthama, Boni Khalwale, Elizabeth Ongoro and MP Junet Mohamed say they never defamed the two security bosses in a press statement where they were complaining about grabbing of the 134-acre piece of land.
