While admitting that yuMobile does offer cheap calls to subscribers, Mr Dennis Wa Gichangi has a bone to pick with the firm.
He accuses the company of coming up with “schemes that are completely exploitative”. Gichangi gives the example of a call plan called “Freedom 10”, which allows one to call for 100 minutes for only Sh10.
