Further  claiming that the serialisation by Sunday Nation newspaper caused him injury.

Consequently, he is seeking court orders to stop any comments on the book.
He contends that he plans to seek re-election for his seat in the forthcoming General Election and if the court fails to intervene he will suffer.

The matter came up on Wesdnesday before High Court Judge, Justice Mary Ang’awa, it emerged that the MP had not been able to serve Miguna and his publisher with the suit papers.

He requested the Judge to allow him to file by way of advertisement in the newspaper, an application that was allowed.
