Diamond Platnumz's mother Sanura Kassim, better known as Mama Dangote, has taken to social media to offer advice to her son. Sharing Diamond’s photos on Instagram, Mama Dangote urged her son to consider settling down and getting married.
Insinuating that Diamond is now in a happy relationship, Mama Dangote added that she is elated because her son has found a partner.
“I am unable to explain my happiness my son, Naseeb. You have found a partner, relax and get married,” she posted.
Mama Dangote’s advise to her son comes barely two months after word went round that Diamond and Zuchu are an item. Diamond recently set the record straight saying he works closely with Zuchu but they were not involved romantically.
“Zuchu is signed under my label and she has now come of age…that is why I brought her to this event which is the first of many. I love her so much and she knows it. Empty words without action do not mean anything. She sees my acts of love,” he said.
Diamond added that he is in a very serious and happy relationship that brings him a lot of satisfaction.
“I am in a relationship and I am happy. My relationship has given me so much satisfaction,” he said.
Zuchu on her part said: “There is a rumour that has been doing rounds. The truth is that I am dating someone. He is a businessman and he is physically fit. We have dated for slightly over four months.”
Zuchu further said Diamond is among the most important people in her life.
“He is very important in my life and I owe him a lot. Diamond is the most generous person I know. He is also romantic (as you have seen before with his exes) and he is a go-getter,” added Zuchu.
In his latest song 'Nawaza' from his latest EP, 'First Of All', Diamond addressed a few issues surrounding his love life in the song, admitting fault for some of his failed relationships.
"I’ve been thinking about it for a long time, regarding marriage and relationships. I came to realise that I’ve been avoiding blame because I know I’m a cheat,” he sings in part.
