The National Cohesion and Integration Commission(NCIC) is on the spot over the manner it will handle high-profile individuals who are accused of making inflammatory remarks as the country heads to the 2027 general election.

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Homa Bay Town MP Opondo Kaluma are some of the senior leaders in the country who have openly shown some defiance towards NCIC summons recently.
