Wetangula reaffirms Parliament's support for independent institutions

National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula has reiterated Parliament's commitment to providing legislative and budgetary support to independent institutions, including the newly appointed Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

Speaking in his office during a courtesy call by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) led by Chairperson Rev. Dr. Samuel Kobia, Wetang'ula emphasized the need to strengthen such institutions to enable them to discharge their mandates effectively.
