The fire that broke out on the grassland surrounding Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) has been contained, Police spokesperson Michael Muchiri has confirmed.
Although the cause remains unknown, Muchiri assured the public that there was no threat to critical airport infrastructure or operations.
