Push to raise tax on tobacco items as youth hooked on e-cigarettes

Concern has been raised as more youth start smoking electronic cigarettes.

According to a study by Brain and Mind Institute based at the Aga Khan University Nairobi, the prevalence of e-cigarettes consumption in Kenya is at 5.8 per cent.
