The National Accord signed by Kibaki and Odinga says the PM should be a leader of the majority party in Parliament. Ruto and his cronies are still under the ODM party. Why can’t they resign and seek mandate under a different party and automatically he will become the PM if his party beats ODM in numbers. How can he gang up with rival patched up parties under PNU to vote out the PM? What a coward!
