Museveni unhappy with our success

A person capable of deceiving others is not nearly as dangerous as one capable of deceiving also himself.

The latter is truly lost since he knows no untruths. He is dangerous since he can lie without speaking untruths.

Uganda President Yoweri Museveni is one such individual. He is new to the international law principle of uti possidetis juris, which is boundaries are what they were at independence.

In his warped mind, one can own an island without owning the waters around it just much as he can purchase land without purchasing the buildings on it.

Museveni can seldom get through even a sentence without being bellicose, uncultured or unintelligible.

His inventive genius casts doubt on each explanation he creates over Migingo. We are even prepared to hear that Migingo is Uganda’s because the Luos are Ugandans.

Museveni has explained himself so completely, in his clear way, to his country’s neighbours that they have on numerous occasions declared war on him, and if he goes on explaining himself so clearly to Kenyans, they may quite possibly do the same.
