The Directorate of Criminal Investigations boss Ndegwa Muhoro is facing arrest for failing to obey court orders.

Mr Muhoro faces arrest for failing to bring before High Court Judge Isaac Lenaola a report on Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company Managing Director Mary Wambui Kimani's employment contract.

"A warrant of arrest is hereby issued against Ndegwa Muhoro for failing to comply with the orders of this court," the judge ordered.

Justice Lenaola had directed Muhoro to avail report detailing the findings of the investigators into the contract but he never showed up. The irony of the arrest warrant is who will apply the order of arresting the CID boss.
