Meru Governor Peter Munya has threatened to quit Kiraitu Murungi’s Alliance Party of Kenya (APK) following a budget row with the local county assembly.
Speaking in Kimeru, an angry Munya claimed MCAs from the APK party were behind his woes in the county. Munya and Senator Kiraitu have in the past differed on whether APK should join Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP).
