Thursday, it emerged that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto on Wednesday evening summoned Speaker Justin Muturi and his deputy Joyce Laboso to State House over directive from the House to have cabinet secretaries appear before the MPs.
Others summoned are Majority Leader Aden Duale and all the chairpersons of House committees allied to Jubilee government.
