Famed Congolese rhythm guitarist Lokassa Kasia Dennis alias Ya M'Bongo has died at the age of 76 after a long illness.
According to Nairobi-based Congolese music promoter Tabu Osusa, Ya M'Bongo was ailing from heart-related diseases.
Osusa confirmed Ya M'Bongo's death after being briefed by former Four Stars Band maestro Syrian Mbenza who is based in Paris, France.
He died in the United States of America.
