In handball, Jaribuni won their two matches to lift the trophy. They thrashed Sosoni Secondary 20-1 before hitting Vyambani 12-5. Vyambani defeated Sosoni 18-3 in another game.

In Matuga sub-county games (Kwale County), heavyweights Shimba Hills lifted both boys and girls' handball titles to qualify for the county games slated for Kwale High and Kwale Seminary from March 23-25.

In the boys' final, Shimba beat Ambassador Mwakwere 24-9. On their way to the final, Shimba Hills boys defeated Mwaluphamba 15-1.

In the girls' final, Shimba Hills defeated Ambassador Mwakwere School 8-7 in a closely battled final.
