When former Vice-President Musalia Mudavadi appears before the vetting committee as the first candidate on its list tomorrow, he will also be expecting to emerge as the first Prime Cabinet Secretary in Kenya.
The position was created for him by President William Ruto through an executive order as promised during an agreement signed between UDA, Musalia's ANC and Moses Wetangula's Ford Kenya.
