Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has penned a beautiful message to her daughter Alika who turned 18. Ms. Ndeti took to her social media platforms to celebrate Alika's birthday saying she could not believe that her daughter had grown into a wonderful young woman.
"Happy 18th birthday, my dear Alika! It's hard to believe that my baby girl has grown into a wonderful young woman.
