What you will need:
Dry tamarind kebabs
500g minced meat
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
1/4 cup tamarind extract
1 cup water

Salt to taste
What to do:
In a bowl put the minced meat, and add the salt, black pepper and garlic ginger mince.
Mix well using your hands to make your meatballs. Place the meatballs in the pan. Dilute the tamarind extract with one cup of water and pour the diluted tamarind extract into the pan.
Place the pan over medium heat and cook until all the liquid is evaporated. Do not stir as you will break the kebabs.
Serve with sweet pepper Hummus (optional); carrots cut into strips; lettuce; cucumber; tomatoes. Enjoy!
