Lose the fatty dimples

Cellulite is small pockets of fat deposits under the skin that causes a dimpled or uneven appearance around the thighs, buttocks and in rare cases, the lower abdomen.

It tends to occur in the subcutaneous layer of the skin and is not only as a result of being overweight, but it is also genetic in some people. Therefore, it is not surprising for slender women to have cellulite.

How to eliminate or reduce the appearance of cellulite:

1. Use antioxidants

Some antioxidants help the body burn out extra fats by increasing the rate of metabolism. They include green tea, cereals, peppermint tea, black and white pepper, cinnamon, garlic, cloves and ginger. Fruits such as berries, avocado, watermelons and bananas should also be included in the diet.

Antioxidants also increase blood circulation and reduce fluid retention in the body.

2. Exercise

All forms of exercise burn out fats. Make exercise part of your daily routine and you will see good results on your skin and general health.

3. Exfoliate

Buy a brush specifically meant for scrubbing the body. This helps to exfoliate, which in turn enables good blood circulation to all the skin layers and reduces the appearance of cellulite. You can also use a scrub to exfoliate.

4. Nutritious diets

It is true that what you eat is what makes you. Therefore, ensure your diet is well balanced and has little fat, especially the unhealthy ones, which will be stored in the subcutaneous layer to form cellulite. Instead, go for olive oil and other low cholesterol fats.

Even with the above techniques, complete elimination of cellulite will take long, so you have to be patient and persistent until you get the desired results.
