Eve Bridal: How  did you meet?

Lydia and Francis: We were born and brought up in the same village so we crossed paths almost daily.

Eve Bridal: What attracted you to each other?

Lydia: I was attracted to him because he was very hardworking and was also a bright student in school.

Francis: I liked her beauty and her strong Christian values.

Eve Bridal: How did he propose?

Lydia: We were both in different colleges but one day he came where I was and asked me out for dinner. I agreed and as we dined at Batian Hotel in Nyeri, he popped the question.

Eve Bridal: Did you hold any traditional ceremony?

Lydia: Yes, we did three traditional ceremonies.

Eve Bridal: Where did you get your gown and maids’ outfits?

Lydia: I got my gown from Dubai but my maids’ outfits were done locally.

Eve Bridal: Was it easy getting exactly what you wanted for the wedding?

Joseph: It wasn’t but I got almost everything  I required.

Eve Bridal: What was the most challenging part of planning?

Lydia: The maids’ outfit was a challenge because I had to convince them to accept my taste.

Eve Bridal: What part did you love most about the planning process and the wedding?

Lydia: We had committee members who worked magic.
