Finally,  you have decided to quit the bachelors club. Why now?

Moha: It’s not been a race, but I’m happy to achieve half of my religion.

How did you meet?

Moha: I met her at an air ticketing agent office in Mombasa’s Ganjoni area where I had gone to

The newlyweds with colleagues.

meet my cousin. When I got there, my cousin had left for lunch only to find Rukiya. Her beauty captivated me that I couldn’t stop staring. I didn’t know what to do, but ended up asking for her number. The rest is history.

How did you propose?

Moha: Very simple! On phone. I asked for her parent’s number because I didn’t want to waste time dating her.

What magic did you use to win Moha’s heart?

Rukiya: There was no magic. I believe God wrote everything.

What made you settle for Rukiya?

Moha: She is religious, beautiful and intelligent, but above all I loved her because she is religious at such a time when it is difficult to come across a religious woman.

What do you love about each other?

Moha: I love Rukiya because she understands my job and me. Above all she treats me like a baby and does everything for me. Just imagine Jicho Pevu being called and asked what he wants for lunch?

Rukiya: I love everything about him. He is daring, selfless and fights for the poor. He is the voice of the voiceless, humble, kind, loving and caring.

Did you face any challenges?

Moha: Of course, but not much. I didn’t like how some bloggers wrote my story in the blog Jackal News. They were wrong in everything. Let them know that I married privately in October 30, 2011 and the event in December was a celebration of families and friends getting together. What you do not see with your eyes, do not witness with your mouth.
