Popular comedian Eric Omondi and his brother, Fred Omondi are in mourning after losing their stepmother and cousin.
Fred broke the news of his step mum and cousin’s demise on his Instagram page terming death as cruel.
“Death is so cruel. So we have lost our only surviving step mum at home and at the same time my 1st cousin, Skuku, who is more of a brother. Still can't believe you are gone mama n Skuku, Only God knows why this soon but forever ul always be in our hearts. Rest in peace. Safari salama. @ericomondi @ireneomondinyagowete Strong till the end,” he wrote.
A few celebrities and fans flooded Fred’s comment section with condolence messages.
Eric Omondi, however, did not post anything on his social media but commented on his brother’s post with sad emoji faces.
