Oscar Brighton, a third-year economics student at Zetech University, was arrested on Thursday for selling fake KCPE and KCSE exam papers.
According to the DCI, the suspect was arrested by undercover agents attached to the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and was in possession of fake exam papers.
