Charles Njagua Kanyi, aka Jaguar, has come under scrutiny after asking musicians to stop looking for him when they are broke.

Speaking to Mseto East Africa, Jaguar tried to defend his manifesto plus the developments he has done for the Starehe Constituency as the Member of Parliament.
