Cardi B has revealed she has “not shed one tear” over her break up with husband Offset. The rapper, 27, filed for divorce at the start of the week after a three-year marriage with her husband. But the WAP hitmaker has insisted she’s not upset about their split, despite the pair sharing two-year-old daughter Kulture. Addressing their split and impending divorce in a candid Instagram Live on Friday night, Cardi thanked fans for their support.

However, she insisted it wasn’t needed. “I want to say thank you so much. However, like, I don’t really need it. I’m ok. I want to let you know I have not shed not one tear, “she told followers. Their love story has been dogged by cheating rumours for years. Migos member Offset, 28, is rumoured to have cheated on his superstar wife in the past but Cardi B insisted they haven’t broken up because of infidelity. Instead of feeling “stressed out” and “sad” like the last time they called a time out, Cardi admitted she was fine this time.

She said: "This time, I wasn't crying. Wanna know why? The reason my divorce is not because of none of that s**t that ever happened before. It's not because of the cheating." Cardi B is hoping to have an "amicable" divorce and wants to ensure they share joint custody of their two-year-old, according to TMZ. Mother-of-one Cardi - who has an estimated worth of Sh26billion - is not looking for spousal or child support, according to Page Six. The source added: "She went back to have the petition amended because she wasn’t aware that it read ‘primary custody.’ She wants them both to have custody and to co-parent. She’s not requesting spousal support or child support. She wants everything to be super amicable.”

Cardi and her husband Offset secretly tied the knot in 2017. Although briefly splitting in 2018, Cardi B gave her relationship another chance. Just days before submitting the divorce filing, Cardi B shared a cryptic post on social media which hinted she was done wasting time. The post read: "Her heart finally told her to stop wasting her time.” In her caption she wrote: "it’s time." It is believed that Cardi B and Offset have been living separately for a while.

Following the announcement of their separation earlier this week, sources close to Cardi have been forced to shut down rumours Offset” has a baby on the way”. And Cardi weighed in on the reports last night, hoping to finally put the rumours to bed. She insisted: "I'm seeing people [saying] 'Oh, he has a baby on the way.' That's a whole f***ing complete lie. No, that's bulls**t."

The rapper explained she had just got "tired" of the constant arguing, so decided to call time on their marriage. She told fans: "I just got tired of f***ing arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. When you feel like it's not the same anymore, before you actually get cheated on, I rather just be... you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm tired of people. I don't understand why people want [the] reason for the divorce to be something so, so bad."

Cardi added: "You just get tired of the arguments and the buildup. You get tired sometimes. And before something bad happens, before you get left, before you get cheated on, you sometimes you just want to leave. What is so bad about that? I want to say thank you to everybody they've been showing me love." Cardi signed off her live video: "I'm great. I'm okay. I'm not down. I'm not devastated. I'm not hurt."
