Edgar Obare released on bail

Controversial video blogger, Edgar Obare, has been charged in a Kiambu court for unlawfully publishing private and personal details from the passport of a renowned local Youtuber Natalie Tewa. Edgar Obare, who runs a popular Instagram page that specializes in local celebrity exposes, however, denied all the allegations and was released on Sh100,000 cash bail awaiting his trial. The prosecution alleges that Obare on diverse dates between July 9 and July 13 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya committed the said offence.
