South African Zulu king Goodwill Zwelithini has accused the provincial government of failing to pay him what he deserves, the Times newspaper is reporting.

 According to the paper, the king says he is not getting “financial recognition” although he receives an annual salary of more than 1 million rand (Sh7.6 million) and is entitled to a budget of nearly $4.5 million (Sh457 million) from the premier of KwaZulu-Natal’s office.
