'Poison' hit maker Rita Ora sues Jay-Z's Roc Nation seeking release from the label

Rita Ora filed a lawsuit in December against Jay Z and Roc Nation because of their lack of support for her career. In return, Roc Nation is suing her for not upholding the recording contract she signed with the company

The record label which is owned by Shawn Carter (Jay-Z), is seeking $2.4 million in its suit, claiming that it spent more than $2 million marketing and promoting the singer's second album, which has yet to be released.
