The Isiolo High Court has today issued conservatory orders restraining the County Assembly of Isiolo from debating the notice of motion dated June 10, 2025, for the removal from office by impeachment of Governor Abdi Guyo, following an application filed at the Court on June 13, 2025.
The court's order signed by Justice Nyaga Mbogo restrains, bars, and prohibits the respondents-either directly or through their agents-from admitting, processing, debating, or considering in any manner the notice of motion scheduled for debate on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, or on any future date set by the respondents.
