Election Petition: What Raila Odinga's team wants Supreme Court to determine

  1. If the Presidential election was conducted in accordance and compliance with written laws and legislations.
  2. If IEBC's 'non-compliance' with the constitution affected the validity of presidential results.
  3. If IEBC is applying and or interpreting the constitution observe and enhance the value of democracy at all relevant times.
  4. If IEBC arrived at declaration of the result in compliance with Article 81 of the constitution.
  5. If after counting the votes in polling stations, IEBC tallied and verified the count as required by Article 183(3) (c) of the constitution.
  6. If non-compliance, irregularities and improprieties affect the validity of the result.
  7. If Ruto was validly cleared as the president-elect.
  8. If rejected votes should be included in the final tally to determine if a candidate has hit 50 per cent plus 1 threshold.
  9. Whether the court should make a declaration or find that Chebukati violated several sections of Election Act No 37 of 2016.
