NOC-K tells federations to embrace leadership ratio

National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) will only support federations that have met the 60-40 percent ratio on leadership.

“Nock has written to all federations directing them to comply with the 60-40 ratio of leadership or risk missing getting the committee’s grants in preparations for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France,” warned NOC-k’s Secretary General Francis Mutuku.
