William Ruto the DP vs William Ruto the presidential candidate

According to Nyeri Town Member of Parliament Hon Ngunjiri Wambugu, William Ruto has been complaining a lot of late. He says he is being undermined by some within the same state while he is the Deputy President (Elected!). He suggests these people are even killing his security guards. He dares them to face him directly. Etc.

But let’s get something straight. There’s William Ruto, the Deputy President, and then there’s William Ruto, a 2022 Presidential candidate.
