Former GSU officer attached to Uhuru security admitted to the rehab centre

The journey of transformation for Nicholas Lagat, former General Service Unit (GSU) officer attached to the recce squad manning president Uhuru Kenyatta, has begun after he was admitted to a rehabilitation centre in Nakuru county.

Lagat was on Saturday admitted on a police-sponsored rehabilitation at John Mututho Empowerment Centre (JOMEC), run by John Mututho, a former chairman of National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA).
