JKUAT is set to establish a Non-Communicable Diseases Institute

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) is set to establish a Sh6 billion institute dedicated to chronic diseases.

The Non-Communicable Diseases Institute will serve both Kenya and her neighbours as it will focus on reducing the cost of treating such diseases as envisioned in the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) plan.
