The late Nyeri Governor Dr. Wahome Gakuru's driver, Samuel Kinyanjui, will be arraigned at Kigumo Court .
Kinyanjui has been charged with causing death by careless driving which led to the death of Governor Wahome Gakuru on November 6 at Kabati along the Thika- Murang'a Highway. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Thika Level 5 Hospital.
