E-learning is basically an Information of Communication Technology (ICT) system that is used to aid teachers to educate students. It was first developed and used in the 1970s and 1980s by Murray and Starr Zoxanne Hihz but had lately advanced to E-learning 2.0, which is a neologism for Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) where by the teachers upload assignments to the internet then the students download them, complete them and then hand them in evaluation.
I found out from an E- learning 2.0 perspective, convectional E-learning systems were based on instructional packets which were delivered to students using assignments as aforementioned and now we have E- learning systems that add emphasis on social learning through use of forums Bridge international Academy branches situated in Kenya are among the schools providing advanced and integrative education via this kind of learning.
