The Director of Public Prosecutions has delayed the arraignment of Runyenjes MP Cecily Mbarire and Embu Speaker Kariuki Mate in court to answer charges of obstructing police officers during Jubilee's nominations last week.
The two had been summoned to answer charges of preventing Embu West OCPD Francis Sang from performing his duty of producing county Jubilee returning officer Kenneth Kamenchu to announce the poll results.
