LUXURY: CAF officials having good time in Libreville

Confederation of African Football officials are lucky fellows. Unlike me, who has been forced to make do with some wobbly hotel and still part with a daily rate of $141 (Sh14, 664), these guys are enjoying the cool ambience of the Radisson Blu Okoume Palace Hotel.

It is not that expensive; just $430 (Sh44, 720). But again, unlike my humble abode, where you are served with only one item for breakfast, the big guys have the luxury of two on-site restaurants for either buffet or a la carte dinning. When it comes to its bars, the bosses are spoilt for choice.
