Kenya tells ICJ to dismiss maritime case by Somalia

Kenya has accused Somalia of backstabbing and insincerity as the case on the maritime boundary dispute opened at the International Court of Justice.

The 15-judge bench heard yesterday that Somalia initiated the case when Kenya's soldiers were fighting to reclaim the neighbouring nation's freedom from Al Shabaab insurgents.
