Kenyan Communication Don, Sr Prof. Agnes Lucy Lando, has made history in Fukuoka, Japan, by becoming the first African to be nominated to the position of member-at-large for the International Communication Association (ICA).
If the nomination goes through, Sr Prof Lando will not only be the first African to sit on the ICA board, but also the first to serve and represent the African region in ICA.
