The Jubilee government is on the spot over failure to fulfill its promised flagship projects. The senators yesterday censured the Government for not living up to its promises especially in the road sector where it committed to construct 10,000kms of roads in five years.

With less than two years to the next polls, the senators accused President Kenyatta’s administration of misplaced priorities.

Saying Kenya is an emerging economy, the MPs agreed that giving importance to the sector was of great value to the economic growth of the country.
