CORD leader Raila Odinga yesterday promised to punish those who have looted public funds after “we win the 2017 elections”.
He said he would also ensure those who have plundered the National Youth Service (NYS) refund the stolen funds. Raila also called on Kenyans to demand the resignation of those implicated in financial scandals.
