Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has announced that the county will scrap the licence fee for honest preachers who hold open-air meetings or crusades.
The county chief was speaking at the weekend when he met members of the Kenya Assemblies of God Church who had convened for a week at Kamandura Secondary School in Limuru Sub-County for spiritual nourishment.
