Kisumu, Kenya: The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has cracked the whip on its party leaders in the Kisumu County Assembly.

The party has suspended Leader of Majority Samuel Ong'ow and his deputy John Olum and ordered they be probed for misconduct.
