Court vacates orders on saccos

Nakuru, Kenya: The county government has won the first round in a case filed by three matatu saccos challenging their ejection from a bus terminus during clean up of the town in December last year.

Nakuru High Court Judge Janet Mulwa yesterday vacated status quo orders issued on January 23 after the lawyer of the saccos Steve Kabita sought for more time to file supplementary affidavits.
