Nema asks county to build sewer plant in Narok town

Narok, Kenya: National Environment Management Authority (Nema) has asked the Narok County government to build a modern sewer treatment plant in Narok town.

Nema said on completion of a Sh1.3 billion water treatment plant that is being undertaken by the Japanese International Co-operation Agency (JICA) for the town in February 2016, waste water handling will be a challenge, hence the need for a sewer.
